Roberto Borrell Moves to Peru

In case you haven't heard the news, Roberto decided to take a year hiatus from the Orquesta to live in Peru. We wish him the greatest of luck there, and are sure he will continue to make great music and bring his energy to anything he does.

Reports are that he is buying an internet cafe, if this turns out to be true, we'll post the address for anyone who might ever want to pay him a visit down there.

The Orquesta is moving forwards steadily, and have recently added a new singer, which speaking just for myself, I can't wait to hear, I'm sure it will be very good (can we maybe talk the guys into letting me post some sample tracks online to give us all a taste?.... I'll work on it.)

They are also in the process of adding another percussionist, I'll keep you posted on that too.

We are all very sorry to see Roberto go, but due to circumstances beyond our control... He is doing fine setting up a new household with his new love, Juli. The internet cafe is still in process "estoy sacando transmites" is the answer I always get when I ask how it is going. We certainly wish him well.
