Kash Killion has left the band

The Orquesta's cello player, Kash Killion, has decided to move on, relocating from his long time home in the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles. This decision was made a few months ago.

Kash has been with the Orquesta in one form or another for more years than I can remember, also in ealier encarnations of the group, but he finally decided it was time to move on and focus on his jazz career, and his more recent love, Indian music. He is doing a variety of projects now, solo, recording, as well as working with various other ensembles.

Hanging out with Kash was always fun, and I wish him great success down in LA..
