repetoire

Hi Guys I am really enjoying your music. I play the guitar and recently relocated to Puerto Rico. My guitar studies began on the jazz side and I am looking for a niche, I like danzon and charanga and want to play jazz within the context.
I have not found any guitarists playing danzon or charanga, Here in Puerto Rico the old danzons I discovered (very old recordings-Pedro Padilla etc.) are mostly on the cuatro. I'm listening to Arsenio Rodriguez.and wonder if there's anyDanzon or Charanga music out there anchored by the guitar ? I'm willing to arrange parts but am not familiar with the "standards" if any, I hear a new sound but I dont have any repetoire. Any advice?
