i am very new to danzon...my fiance (venezuelan) and i first encountered it in oaxaca, mexico this last november and it was magical...i am a painter and trained flamenco dancer recently shifted to salsa- now studying with eddie torres in new york city...my fiance has danced salsa all his life...and in oaxaca, we fell in love with danzon!!!are there any places in new york city to study this magical dance? we would love to learn more about it, and you seem to be the best source.... |
